Elle organise ensuite les défilés de <strong>Lecoanet-Hemant</strong> durant deux saisons puis rejoint <strong>Lancôme</strong> pour diriger leur magasin de <strong>Londres</strong>, chez Harvey Nichols.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #cc3366;">La carrière créative de Delphine débute en 1994 lorsqu'elle rejoint <strong>Hélène de Reboul</strong>, designer de <strong>chapeaux</strong> établie à Londres. Durant quatre ans Delphine collabore avec Hélène de Reboul à la création de toutes les collections et prend en charge le développement commercial du marché français.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #cc3366;">En 1998, Delphine est ensuite recrutée par <strong>Guerlain</strong> pour dessiner et développer une gamme d'objets promotionnels, et crééer une collection d'<strong>accessoires</strong>.</span></p> <p align="center"><span style="color: #cc3366;">Delphine quitte Guerlain en 2001 pour fonder sa propre <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">société de création de chapeaux et d'accessoires.
